Will COVID-19 affect when I can get my vehicle?
We are happy to announce that our vehicle inventory is available 24x7 for you to find the perfect vehicle; however, there are still some delays due to COVID-19. The situation is evolving nationwide day by day, and we will keep you informed throughout the process with any updates that may impact your delivery.
Will the registration of my car be delayed?
Most likely, yes. The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is closed in many states or offering limited services right now. We will reach out to you with updates specifically based on the state you live in. In many cases, the temporary operating plates for your car will be extended.
I’m working from home and available right now; can my vehicle be delivered sooner?
It's possible. You are able to setup your delivery date and location when you complete the checkout process. Your vehicle will be available for delivery once we collect the documentation, complete financing and verify the vehicle is available. If you need to change your scheduled delivery date you can give us a call us at (855) 675-7301.
Can I buy or trade in a car through Deliver My Ride right now?
Yes! Our operations are all online so we are very compatible with the challenging circumstances we all currently find ourselves in. You can find your perfect vehicle, with straightforward pricing, right from the comfort of your home and we will deliver it to your driveway. This is what we are built for!
I am under stay and home orders, can I get an extension on my trade-in offer?
Your trade-in appraisal is good for 7 days. If it is not possible to complete the trade-in within 7 days, then the vehicle can be re-appraised at the Deliver My Ride website.
